"Staff was very nice. The parking lot was not good for handicap. Twice had to park in back and the people in the spaces did not have handicap plate or stickers. Told security and desk they did nothing"

"Room had multiple areas that weren’t thoroughly cleaned, but the staff was very quick to fix what I asked them too. Breakfast was excellent and had a large variety of options. Easy access to live bands and restaurants. Shower water pressure was amazing!"

"This was a very nice hotel, the amenities were great.It was very safe.You use your card to get in the elevator it's a safe establishment. It was clean and very friendly.The staff were very helpful. The pool was lovely. There's also a gym, with all up to date equipment.
The location was great.Just a walk away from broadway.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"Breakfast was all eggs and dairy items. no choice of pancakes or bagels if you had a voucher for breakfast .Wish it would have been a breakfast buffet. Pool looked bigger in the photos very small . Location was to far from broadway up a hill. almost Friday sports bar was ok not great to eat at way over cooked the tater tots . Service slow for busy CMA fest . No public bathroom in the lobby . Room doors very heavy and hard to open. Lots of noise in the area . Plus lots of homeless around . ...
