"PREPAY OR SUFFER!!! I made my reservation weeks in advance. Because I wasn’t sure whether I was actually going on this trip, I selected a property that offered “pay on arrival” option. I checked the Expedia confirmation email to see the conditions of my reservation. All it said was I needed to cancel the reservation 24 hrs before the day. "This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The floor was dirty, there was mold and hair in the shower tub, the floor tiles were broken and the bathroom door lock was backwards.
The worst part was the customer service. They said that I had to wait until the next day to see what they could do.
Horrible, won’t ever come back."
