"Rooms are VERY small, not the typical Holiday Inn Express. The room size was not noted when booked. No room to walk aroubd the bed, put your luggage, etc. Very disappointing! Best part was its location."

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"Negatives: The room I stayed in had a broken AC, someone was supposed to come up and look at it but they never came. Room was 78 degrees and the next day they were able to move me to another room. Bathrooms were cramped, and they did not refill the conditioner so I ran out. The pool is “under construction” but I’m not sure they’re actually working on it. The gym left a lot to be desired, seems like it’s not maintained. No water available though there were 2 dispensers. Some missing weights....
