"The room was in a popular and beautiful location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon check in and any time I needed anything. The continental breakfast was better than I expected.

The hotel itself is VERY outdated, the toiletries and bedding were worn out and terrible quality. For example, the towels were very rough and one had a tan stain on it. The pillows were almost completely flat and the pillowcases and sheets were so rough it felt like paper towels. The AC...

"Easy to find and check in. We didn't have all the towels we needed when we got to our room, and it took a little while to get them. We did discover a bed bug, which put a big damper on the rest of our stay. The staff was ok. We woudn't stay here again if we had other options but maybe if we have to stay there again the experience would be better."
