"Floor in room felt damp, i assume because of the humidity. Remember if you use fridge in room to turn on as we assumed was on like every other hotel we’ve gone to was.. nope. Didn’t notice til in the am. Drinks were rodeo cold, and food ruined."

"We ended up leaving and finding a different hotel. When we entered the lobby, it smelled like cigarette smoke. When we got off the elevator, there was a different terrible smell.
