"The room looked old and raggedy and it reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. I called the front desk to switch rooms, but there were none available so he sent a staff member to spray the room with deoderizer, didnt help. The beds are as hard as the floor, the bathroom tub was stained and cracked, carpet is disgusting, and overall just gross. The best amenities they offer is the free shuttle to go to the airport and the IHOP next door."

"Stinky old couches that had dust in the corners of the cushions. Stained and smelly carpet. Poorly maintained facility in dire need of upgrade. Not worth the pricy charges."

"I enjoyed my stay! The staff was kind and pleasant. The rooms were nice and maintained well. Caution: this is an old building as most of SF is, the walls are not thick. It’s is a good area to get quickly from one side of town to the next. The neighborhood is what most of SF is, experiencing homelessness so be cautious in the evening. Great food spots in the area. Over all, we enjoyed our stay!"
