"Our room was clean and comfortable. There was one suspicious stain on the ottoman, but we didn’t let that bother us too much! The property is still nice right now, but if you look closely, we did notice small minor issues that the property management should consider taking care of. The lobby floor was not spotless, not really a big deal; but noticeable. The trash can placed by the 3rd floor elevator had not been emptied and was giving an unpleasant odor as we came and went. "I left a pair of crocks in the bathroom accidentally after checking out. I called back and was told by the front desk that they were not turned in by housekeeping. The room smelled musty. It was not my best experience at this hotel"

"It was OK. Not great, just OK. There was a smell in the room. It was almost clean, but not totally clean. Toilet seat was up as though cleaner was interrupted halfway through the job. "Very nice place to stay at this historical property. The facility seems to still be in the developmental stages as there are staff shortages and the grounds are not well-kept. I look forward to a finished product!
