"The facility was very clean, the bedrooms were really nice. The staff was also very nice. We did ask for early check-in and it was not available for us at that time, which is ok. What was very nice was when we did check in, the air was already on in the room so it was very comfortable and comforting almost like a welcome in feeling. "We are almost dying from the heat, but it’s impossible to turn on the air conditioner because it sounds like a helicopter taking off inside the room. The worst part is that we can even hear the air conditioner from the room next door, despite ours being turned off. It’s unbelievably loud.
We came here to rest, but we can’t sleep because of this nightmare. I’m recording everything and will be posting it on TikTok, Instagram, and every platform possible so that no one else has to come to this...
