"Only there for one night. Room was pretty clean and the shower had good water pressure and was very hot. About a 30 minute drive from Niagara Falls. A good cheaper option close to the falls."

"Excellent hotel! My stay (3 nights) went very well. Room was very clean and staff were very helpful with restocking toiletries. Breakfast was pretty standard, but good nonetheless for it being complimentary. Hotel shuttle was fantastic! Pickup to and from the airport was very fast and the driver was very helpful. I 100% recommend the stay here!"

"I was so disappointed with my stay here. There were stains on the wall. The lampshade was broken. There was cracks in the wall. The only semi decent claim is the bathroom. "We had the worst hotel experience of our lives.
First of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so overwhelming that it got into our clothes and even lingered on our bodies.
The most unacceptable part was that I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were told that all the two-bed rooms were gone and were given a room with only one king bed instead.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. After this stay, I have decided that I will never book...
