"The room was small and cramped with dirty carpets and poor bathroom plumbing. Their ad boasts about their delicious breakfast which ranged from poor to inedible, including watery uncooked grits or oatmeal, powdered eggs, undercooked bacon. It took four hours to get towels for the room. The attitude of the staff was at best indifferent and usually unpleasant and rude.
