"I was booking a 2nd night with my autistic twins. They did not damage or destroy anything the first night. We had no where to go and the older manager made us leave. The young girl behind the desk was amazing and called us an Uber so I didn't have to walk across 2 boulevards myself with two 4 year olds"

"Room was clean and decent. However, our room was not cleaned after the first night, no extra toilet paper. I went down at 8am to ask for clean towels and toilet paper to let the front desk know that our room has not been cleaned the day before, and was told that the room would not be cleaned unless you request it! So beware, if you’re staying you HAVE to request your room to be cleaned and to get clean towels, etc. I was then told that when the “ girls” got in for the morning they would bring me...

"I stayed in room 316, I tried making a call phone wasn’t working!! I spoke to a gentleman, before leaving No one ever came to change the phone, I had to use my cell phone. I spoke to the young lady at the front desk about my concerns and her response was I understand not I’ll give you a discount everything else was okay."
