"We can’t really fault Ki Space. All staff we came across were amazing even at 12am in the morning! Breakfast staff were always friendly & any that we passed in the corridor. The room was immaculate each day which we appreciated after being at Disneyland all day. The shuttle was amazing, had to stand most times but that probably depends on the time you get it. Our children adored the birthday set up in our room, so lovely & the beds were SO comfy! Wish I could have slept more!! Would absolutely...

"The room was comfortable and clean. Free wifi was an added value. A bit slow but it's working. The only issue was a room temparature since the a/c was centralized and controlled by the hotel. It was a bit warm inside the room eventhough the outside temperature was below 10 celsius."

Helaas weinig ruimte in te kleine ontbijtzaal, waardoor je moet wachten totdat er plaats is. Keuze bij ontbijt is voor Franse begrippen ruim voldoende. Goede matras van bed. Helaas kon er geen raam open ‘s nachts voor frisse lucht. Temperatuur water tijdens douchen wisselt van koud naar heet naar de ingestelde temperatuur. Douchen alleen mogelijk in bad, waarbij risico op vallen groot is...

"The stay at the hotel was lovely breakfast had a good choice the only let down for me was the carpark. I question reception the evening before i left about how to pay for parking as we were leaving 6am, the ladies was friendly but said sometimes the tickets scan sometimes it doesn’t if not come into reception to pay at the desk. I asked if I could pay at the desk instead of risking it not working she said no try it first. So when we left I did as she said it didn’t work so had to come back into...

"Arrived at 2pm for check-in and was told our rooms weren't ready. Reception tried calling housekeeping and claimed they were unavailable, despite the entire team being visibly gathered in the bar area a short distance away celebrating a birthday. Not a great look when guests are waiting during the check-in period. 10 minutes later both rooms were suddenly ready. Unfortunately, the problems continued. We booked two rooms and neither had working air conditioning despite outside temperatures...
