悪い点は、私が宿泊した8階の部屋は、7泊の間ずっとWIFIが極端に弱く、かつ、接続が断続的に切れる、使用に足りる状況ではありませんでした。
レセプションのスタッフは一旦ルーターを再起動するなどのトライはしてくれましたが、状況に変 化はなかったことから、設備そのものが問題であると思われます。

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"I am not happy with my stay at all at Yotel for some reasons.
Despite the small room and space, there was no fridge to keep our stuff in.
There were a few "ice maker" in some floors", not all that we had to go other floors to use.
There was no ice bucket to grab ice even. I had to have them in a plastic bag.

"This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."

"Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom.
